This chrome extension does not require registration or any personal information. But because it use Naver Papago service for translation part, you should enter Naver application API key(Client ID, Client Secret) information.
It is sent to the server for calling the API, but is never stored on the server or used for any other purpose except the API uses. Also it is encrypted through HTTPS(HTTP over SSL).
